This enables us to create a balanced contractual basis for all parties involved. This includes you as the client, we as your agency and the owner and trustee\/manager of the yacht. We prefer to use the MYBA contract, which has proven itself over many years. The AYCA contract is used for yachts under the American flag. Not included are the transfer costs of the yacht (if necessary) and the operating costs of the yacht. These include fuel, catering, harbor fees and ad hoc incidental costs incurred during the charter. An APA is applied to cover these costs. Depending on the type of yacht, this amounts to around 25-35 percent of the charter price.
